The Practicing Law Institute will be hosting a discussion of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg between Dean Erwin Chemerinsky (University of California, Berkeley, School of Law) and Amanda L. Tyler (University of California, Berkeley, School of Law) this Friday, October 30, at 3:00pm ET. Dean Chemerinsky and Prof. Tyler will discuss majority opinions and famous dissents, advocacy for gender equality, and Justice Ginsburg’s legacy. Their discussion will close with audience questions and concluding remarks. This program is being offered free of charge to the Richmond Law community.
