My semester abroad has been an enlightening experience\u00a0that I hope stays with me for the rest of my life. I took a class called, “Globalization of the Non-Western world” and hope to use this platform as an extension of what I learned while enrolled in that course. While the class primarily discussed theories surrounding what it means to be “globalized”, I hope to also shed light on more personal topics of human rights and political events in as holistic of a way as possible.
