{"id":2231,"date":"2014-07-06T20:59:04","date_gmt":"2014-07-06T20:59:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/jolt.richmond.edu\/?p=2231"},"modified":"2019-03-08T19:52:28","modified_gmt":"2019-03-09T00:52:28","slug":"2014studentlawandtechnologywriting-competition","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.richmond.edu\/jolt\/2014\/07\/06\/2014studentlawandtechnologywriting-competition\/","title":{"rendered":"2014-2015 Student Law and Technology Writing Competition"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>The Richmond Journal of Law and Technology<\/em>\u00a0is pleased to announce the commencement of the 2014-2015 Student Law and Technology Writing Competition.\u00a0\u00a0From now until\u00a0<span>midnight EST on Monday, January 26th, 2015<\/span>, all law students across the country will be eligible to compete in the writing competition for cash prizes and a chance to be published in a future issue of the\u00a0<em>Journal<\/em>. \u00a0The entries must focus on topics at the intersection of technology and the law. \u00a0The first place prize is $1,500 and the second place prize is $700. \u00a0Additionally, one student from the University of Richmond will be awarded the Rick Klau prize of $300.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In order to properly submit an entry, each student must follow the submission guidelines.
