Week two at BT was fast and furious. The organization of the company is instrcutional coaches teaching 6-7 teaching fellows who are all college students. The program has a director and dean of students who both provide oversight and discipline. There are TA’s who are learning from the TF’s and office aids who handle all things administrative. We are divided into families and each family has a lead. SOme people have stepped up more than others. Certains IC’s are also more influential than others or provide more support. Sometimes it feels chaotic, but then certain individuals stand up and calm things down a bit. However, it is quite hard to keep everything in line and i respect the efforts out of my coworkers. There are 44 TF’s and over 160 students so it is a lot to handle. Being forced to be a teacher\/ leader has been really challenging, but I hope it will also be a beneficial experience.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
