Since my time at Tikkit, I have made many significant contributions to the company. Working in marketing, I was able to secure a new graphic designer to help us promote the various events we do.\u00a0 Under my guidance, the graphic designer has done incredible work creating posters such as this:<\/p>\n

Work such as this has really benefitted the company. Using these posters, I have run multiple successful\u00a0promotion campaigns. This is difficult, as we do a range of events, and for each, I have to determine 1) who is the target demographic\u00a02) and how to capture that target demographic. For example, the target demographic for a community art event is much different than a blues concert in Brooklyn.<\/p>\n

Outside of managing various graphic designers, I have been creating a lot of content myself. In particular, I have been working on many videos for the company. If you look on the Facebook page of Tikkit, you will see my videos everywhere. Here is an example of one of my videos:<\/p>\n

Outside of marketing, I have begun to venture into sales. I was recently started co-heading the Instagram sales portion of our company. To do this, I have identified leads and reached out to those leads to get potential clients. Although we are still in early negotiation stages with a lot of these hopefully soon to be customers, things are looking like they will go well. Finding and closing deals with these leads is extremely important as we need more revenue to grow, especially during our current funding phase.
