The GWN methodology is an original idea that is based on identifying cross border communities and utilizing their mutual dependence on shared water resources as a basis for developing dialogue and cooperation on sustainable water management.<\/font><\/font><\/li>\n<p align=\"center\"><font size=\"3\"><font face=\"Times New Roman, serif\"><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.richmond.edu\/geog320wigs\/2010\/02\/22\/swot-analysis-of-gwn\/\"> SWOT Analysis of GWN<\/a><\/font><\/font><\/p>\n<p><font size=\"3\"><font face=\"Times New Roman, serif\"><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.richmond.edu\/geog320wigs\/2010\/02\/22\/swot-analysis-of-gwn\/\"><br \/>\n<\/a><\/font><\/font><\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/waterwiki.net\/index.php\/Regional_Water_Banks_Project_%28RWDBP%29\"><em><font face=\"Times New Roman, serif\"><font size=\"3\">Regional \tWater Data Banks Project (RWDBP)<\/font><\/font><\/em><\/a><font face=\"Times New Roman, serif\"> \t<\/font><font face=\"Times New Roman, serif\"><font size=\"3\">consists of a series of specific actions taken jointly by the core parties: the Jordanian, Israeli and Palestinian water agencies. Its functions are &quot;coordination between Palestinian environment-related governmental institutions,municipalities, non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and the private sector,&quot; as well as &quot;coordination between Palestinians and donors supporting environmental activities in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank.&quot; (UNEP, 70).<\/font><\/font><\/li>\n<p align=\"center\"><font size=\"3\"><font face=\"Times New Roman, serif\"> <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.richmond.edu\/geog320wigs\/2010\/02\/23\/swot-analysis-of-eqa\/\">SWOT Analysis of EQA<\/a><\/font><\/font><\/p>\n<p><font size=\"3\"><font face=\"Times New Roman, serif\"><br \/>\n<\/font><\/font><\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cmwu.ps\/english\/index.php\"><em><font face=\"Times New Roman, serif\"><font size=\"3\">Coastal \tMunicipalities Water Utility (CMWU)<\/font><\/font><\/em><\/a><font face=\"Times New Roman, serif\"> \t<\/font><font size=\"3\"><font face=\"Times New Roman, serif\">is &quot;government utility company formed by the 25 municipalities that use its services, and that is responsible for managing water and wastewater.&quot; (UNEP 70).
