I have been exposed to so many different artists who have come from vastly different backgrounds. Along with that, I have also met many music lovers including my parents, friends and brief acquaintances. We have talked a lot about who has the power to define places or spaces which has made me realize that although music is not a place, it in a sense can be considered a space, where people can express their ideas and cultures through words and melodies.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/uploads.knightlab.com\/storymapjs\/f6337bf923b90374589eb743856fbf85\/places-ive-lived\/draft.html\" target=\"_blank\">Here<\/a> is my story of how music has defined me as a global citizen throughout my first twenty-one years of life.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Throughout my life music has allowed me to experience new cultures, ideas and beliefs while not having to travel to far to plug in headphones and start listening.
