If you are like I was just a few weeks ago, you might not have a lot of exposure to Social\u00a0Utopias. On the other hand, even if you are well versed in the topic, I might bring a different perspective to the table&#8230;or you might be able to give me some more information on the topic! Although my life at UR is quite different than it would have been as a member of the Oneida Community, I do believe there are some positives I can draw out of my research. I have become more fascinated with the idea of &#8220;intentional communities&#8221; and the varying degree of how they can be executed. For example, UR is easily classified as an &#8220;intentional community.&#8221; However, I would say it is on the less restrictive end of the scale.
