That was my first reaction when I came into contact with the Icarians&#8230;I probably will never need to know this much in depth information concerning a defunct utopian community ever again. \u00a0But it&#8217;s not the materials I learned that are important. \u00a0It&#8217;s the information I learned outside the box. \u00a0Research methods and the necessity to reflect on one&#8217;s work are more important during a research project than the topic itself. Through the work I put in for the seminar paper, I strove to dedicate myself to finding the best and most useful sources of education to shed light on a fairly obscure community. \u00a0The process I learned and the steps I took to get to the final research paper weren&#8217;t the most fun, but they certainly were the most productive and rewarding.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>So what?
