In the leadership cycle, I was most absorbed by the question: \u201cWhere are we going?\u201d When examining leadership it is important to understand this question. It is important to be conscious in figuring out the steps needed to achieve your goals because then it is just going to be blanketed statements with no actions on how to bring about change.
