(Note: this issue does not affect other browsers)<\/p>\n<h4>Solution<\/h4>\n<p>One option is to use another browser such as Mozilla Firefox (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mozilla.com\/\">http:\/\/www.mozilla.com\/<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Otherwise, at the dialog box when you click on an external link in IE 8, you are give two separate choices. If you click &quot;YES&quot; on this link then you get the problem navigating to the page.<strong> If you click &quot;NO&quot; the page will load as intended<\/strong>. If you click &quot;YES&quot;, this will remain with you throughout your session. If that happens, close the browser and restart your session and it will prompt you again.<\/p>\n<p>A permanent solution is to click on &#8220;Tools&#8221;, within IE menu structure, then &#8220;Internet Options&#8221;.\u00a0 A screen will come up with multiple tabs, click on the &#8220;Security&#8221; tab. Click on &#8220;Custom level&#8221; then scroll to &#8220;Display mixed content&#8221; under Miscellaneous and check&#8221;Enable&#8221; then click &#8220;OK&#8221;.\u00a0 (Please note: This option will not be maintained on public machines.)
