Blackboard is aware of the problem and will be addressing this in a future release but for now you will need to change your system preferences.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>First, click on the desktop to get to the finder menu bar:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.richmond.edu\/blackboard\/files\/2013\/10\/Finder1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-572\" title=\"Finder\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.richmond.edu\/blackboard\/files\/2013\/10\/Finder1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"415\" height=\"234\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.richmond.edu\/blackboard\/files\/2013\/10\/Finder1.png 415w, https:\/\/blog.richmond.edu\/blackboard\/files\/2013\/10\/Finder1-300x169.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 415px) 100vw, 415px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Then open the Systems Preferences window and click on General:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.richmond.edu\/blackboard\/files\/2013\/10\/SysPref.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-575\" title=\"SysPref\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.richmond.edu\/blackboard\/files\/2013\/10\/SysPref.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"516\" height=\"431\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.richmond.edu\/blackboard\/files\/2013\/10\/SysPref.png 668w, https:\/\/blog.richmond.edu\/blackboard\/files\/2013\/10\/SysPref-300x251.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 516px) 100vw, 516px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Under the General Preferences, you will need to change the&#8221;Show Scroll Bars&#8221; to &#8220;Always&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.richmond.edu\/blackboard\/files\/2013\/10\/GenPref.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-574\" title=\"GenPref\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.richmond.edu\/blackboard\/files\/2013\/10\/GenPref.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"505\" height=\"452\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.richmond.edu\/blackboard\/files\/2013\/10\/GenPref.png 668w, https:\/\/blog.richmond.edu\/blackboard\/files\/2013\/10\/GenPref-300x269.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 505px) 100vw, 505px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This will allow the horizontal scroll bar to appear in the Grade Center.
