To clear the Java Plug-in cache:<\/p>\n

  1. Click Start > Control Panel<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Double-click the Java<\/strong> icon in the control panel.
    \nThe Java Control Panel<\/strong> appears.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Click Settings<\/strong> under Temporary Internet Files.
      \nThe Temporary Files Settings<\/strong> dialog box appears.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. Click Delete Files<\/strong>.
        \nThe Delete Temporary Files<\/strong> dialog box appears.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. Click OK<\/strong> on Delete Temporary Files<\/strong> window.
          \nNote:<\/em><\/strong> This deletes all the Downloaded Applications and Applets from the cache.<\/li>\n
        2. Click OK<\/strong> on Temporary Files Settings<\/strong> window.
          \nNote:<\/em><\/strong> If you want to delete a specific application and applet from the cache, click on View Application and View Applet options respectively.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
