I am interested in speaking Spanish because it allows me to learn about other places and cultures in a unique way. I also think it is important to speak different languages to advocate for the inclusion and tolerance of all.<\/p>\n

My name is Leah Kulma. I am in my second year at the University of Richmond. In the future, I want to be a Spanish teacher and therefore I am majoring in Spanish with an education minor. I have a huge passion for both Spanish and education and this project is the perfect combination of the two. I learn Spanish because it is so important to close the language gap in our country. Also, to me it is so powerful to understand more people in order to communicate, collaborate, and help more people.<\/p>\n
