		<description>I honestly have not been drinking soda pop for probably about four years. I only drink it on the occasional root beer float (which is irrisistable!) Since I have read this article it has just proved how bad pop and caffeine is for the body. I never actually knew why it was bad for you and now I have heard how it effects the body it just blows my mind! I never knew it actually effected my organs and my brain. I now know to not drink pop because it is not only harmful to my body but it will also effect my performance as an athelete.</description>
