Bon Air Project

 

You will determine what form and shape this project should take.  Please review the Bon Air tab to see the original goals.

 

What product do you think would most honor the work you have done and the relationships you have formed?  What have you learned?  What do you want to give to the Bon Air residents?

 

Grading: 15 points total

 

10 points: the final project grade—everyone will receive the same grade for this final project.  I will assess it on a scale of 1-10, with 1 being “doesn’t reflect reality, isn’t authentic or creative” and 10 being “totally authentic rendering of stories and relationships formed through the Bon Air visits and reflections.”

 

The 5 individual points will be assigned by your project group.  The project groups will be:

1. Writing Introduction/ ending materials
2. Writing any other pieces—table of contents? Facts or advocacy?
3. Editing all text
4. Creating Cover and any other visual elements
5. Overall layout and printing copy for print shop.

 

After the book is completed, I will give you a form to fill out which will help me figure out your individual contribution to the production of the book. There will be an element of peer rating.
