    I used one of the cover page templates. The word on the first line is supposed to be Night, but it reads like !”$ %. Why is is not recognizing the actual word?

    Did it change to !”$% when you printed it or was it like that on the screen as well?

    If you could let me know which template you used, that might be helpful as well.

    I have noticed that some printer drivers need to be updated. A document will look fine on-screen, but prints !(#)*%^E$$%^*(. If you need help with this, I am sure the help desk can assist you.
