Welcome to the website for our interdisciplinary course and research project. This project is generously supported by the Weinstein Family, the School of Arts and Sciences, the Weinstein Chairs, and the departments of Political Science and Rhetoric and Communication Studies.The “students” tab links to our student leaders, those who helped shape the course syllabus, public events, and scholarship in confederacy studies. They have been working with the project for almost two years.
Currently, there are fourteen students from eight majors enrolled in the Critical Confederacy Studies course, all of whom are working on research projects. We hope to use this space to share and discuss some of their work over the next few months.
