This site is for discussing issues related to the Common Ground mission of promoting diversity and inclusive community at the University of Richmond.
Below are a few ground rules for the site that should help keep us on track:

- If you are offended by someone’s words, let them know and then explain why their words were insulting.
- Whenever possible, make an effort to be in dialogue with other people and posts. Engaging one another with sincerity and curiosity is an essential part of an inclusive community.
