It went step by step as to how to use Variable and Absorption Costing with the help of visual aids. I few drawbacks in the podcast were primarily due to a formating issue. Multiple visual slides were cut off so all the information could not be read. In addition the background music clouded Jeff's voice and there were sudden increases in volume leaving the listener distracted. I also liked how he referenced Ted's Podcast if the listener wanted more information on CVP. On the other hand the timing through off the flow of the podcast and I feel this could have been done much more effectively. All in all this was a great training podcast, great job Jeff. 3 Stars-
