First of all, the content of this podcast is very relevant to our class since this is a topic that we spent a lot of time learning about and practicing. The introduction to this podcast did a good job at previewing the information to be discussed. The use of music was also really great in this podcast. It was a good idea to have it playing in the background throughout. While I thought the voice control was good, I thought the voice rate was a little bit slow and a little dry sounding which made the presentation feel like it was dragging slightly. Also, the podcast contained mostly text instead of images. This was necessary for displaying certain relevant formulas but more images would have made the podcast more interesting. I thought the breaks and transitions between topics were good and the length was appropriate. Overall, I think it was a pretty decent presentation with quality content. It could have just been a bit more interesting.

Foremost, the material covered in this podcast is one of the main areas we spent the most time discussing in class. So therefore, there is a high expectation for this podcast from the very start. I believe the information in this podcast was very adequate and not cut short by any means. The length of the podcast was perfect because it was not too short or too long. The slide in the beginning was very beneficial because it gave a layout of what the podcast was going to talk about. The title slides throughout the podcast, such as the “Multiple Process Analysis” and “Risk and Uncertainty” slides, were also beneficial in that they added an organizational and transition element to the presentation. Another aspect that I thought was a great addition was the music that played in the background of the entire podcast. I did not think to do this in my podcast and now I wish I had. Furthermore, there are some things about this podcast that could be improved as well. Most of the slides were text slides. Notice I didn’t say there were too many text slides. I just feel there should have been more of a balance of text slides to image slides. Also, some of the text slides got a little overwhelming with all the numbers and words. If it is unavoidable to reduce the words or numbers, then maybe a simple changing of the font and size could have helped to minimize its crowdedness. Finally, I thought the closing remarks and slides were very good because it summed up the overall purpose of CVP and provided a great closing.
