3 stars. This podcast was well organized, very informative, and very relevant to our class. The introduction set up the podcast well and grabbed my attention. It explained well the purpose of green accounting and how it applied to businesses. The benefits of environmental accounting were clearly pointed out which was a strength. It was good to see how this topic could potentially affect my business school experience and my career. The music was enjoyable and kept it light. The only potential weakness of the podcast was the EMA slide which was a little tough to read and had a lot of information on it. Overall, this was a very strong podcast.

First of all, this was a very well made podcast and I am greatly impressed. The images and music are integrated well within the podcast. The smooth flow of the presentation and transitions allowed me to concentrate my full attention on the topic and better understand the material discussed because there were no distractions or mistakes that could sway my attention. The theme of using the color green in many of the images was a very clever and creative idea. The introduction captured my attention because of the artistic slide and the music. The podcast was not confusing at all because of the way it was organized. I liked how she split it up into Why, How, and What categories. I also liked how she gives examples of schools, such as Duke University and Dominican University, which are involved in green accounting. Giving examples helped me to better understand the information because I could relate it to something real. She has a great explanation on how green accounting’s benefits are moving more and more companies and organizations to adopt this accounting. I believe that if a company were to see this podcast they would be influenced by it and change their ways of accounting. As you can see, I do not have much to complain at all about this podcast but if I had to choose something for improvement it would have to be the one slide with a lot of text. The only thing wrong with this slide is that it was hard to read. Other than that, I greatly enjoyed this podcast!
